We are licensed to be General Contractors in Construction in the state of Washington. This means that we are registered with the state, verified to be bonded and insured, and held accountable for operating in-line with state regulations.
Being bonded refers to three-party agreements we make between you, a surety, and us. We are bound to the conditions of the contract and should we fail to perform work to the contract's specifications, the surety will ensure the work is completed using funds from the bond. In short, being bonded protects you from being left with insufficient or incomplete work.
We provide a one year warranty on the quality of our workmanship. The job will be done right the first time, but any reservations you may have regarding quality of work will be addressed within the first year after service completes.
Our warranty does not cover natural, expected wear and tear of surfaces or seals. Ask us about the life expectancy for each of our services if you would like more detail.
We contact the city in which your business or home resides, we obtain all necessary permits, and contact underground utilities to give notice of the work being performed.
You must coordinate communication with any other parties you wish to notify.
We perform work as needed, around the clock. Our scheduling is flexible to when you need us and what times of the day are convenient for you.
We work in all weather conditions when it is safe to do so.
Availability of services can vary based on the weather conditions, but we strive to mitigate any delays that may arise. Ask us for more specifics when requesting a quote.
